Bishop Hall began ministry with the Church of God doing just about everything in the church: Treasurer, Youth Director, Sunday School Teacher, Bus Driver, and a Pastors Council Member. In 1989 he accepted the appointment as Pastor of the Driftwood Church of God in the month of January. He has served regionally in many areas as well, including Regional Youth Board Member, District Youth Director, Regional Trustee board member, member of the evangelism board, and was elected to serve as member of the regional executive board under four different Administrative Bishops. Bishop Hall serves as a mentoring pastor in the M.I.P. (Ministerial Internship Programme), of which many of those are now very successful pastors and ministers.

Bishop Hall loves ministry with a passion and has therefore pursued education in different spheres, including a Bachelor of Theology, a Master of Biblical Counselling, certified community chaplain, and trained member of the C.E.R.T. (Certified Emergency Response Team). He also uses his technical skills in different areas such as a fitter / welder for over 22 years, to help churches modify their buildings to places of worship when called upon to help, for the glory of God. God has divinely used Bishop Hall with his wife and family to remain faithful as a servant leader during the past several years after relocating many times, including purchasing and remodelling two buildings as a place of worship.
